Ordering and Delivery FAQs

We can deliver worldwide … even to Australia and New Zealand. In the UK and certain countries in Europe, delivery costs will automatically be added to any purchase at checkout, but for other areas please contact us for a tailored quote.

We will send your purchase out as soon as possible – dispatch is usually done the same day as ordered if placed before 1pm with expected delivery to the UK mainland within 1 to 3 days.

We use different delivery and courier services depending on the size of the item and the location; some of our larger products such as hardtop canopies require pallet delivery and careful packing. The companies we use include Royal Mail, DX, DHL, APC Overnight and Parcelforce, amongst others. Delivery to the UK mainland for purchases of £175 +VAT or more are usually free of charge, unless they are large or glass items. We will keep you informed of the delivery process and please be assured we only use reliable and reputable companies for efficient fast shipping.

Customers will receive email notification once items are dispatched with all relevant delivery details; please track your order from this information.

Yes, you can come and collect your purchase in person. For collection orders please call us to place your order by phone so we can arrange the day and time you want to collect and avoid any delays.

Products FAQs

We source only the best 4x4 accessories direct from manufacturers who are based all over the world, including the UK and EU. We work with dozens of reputable brands with whom we have built excellent relationships over the 30 years we have been established.

Most of our products are kept in stock at our vast warehousing premises in North Yorkshire so we can deliver to our customers as fast as possible. Every product is clearly marked either as in-stock or pre-order. If not in stock and you pre-order, we will contact you as soon as the item is available. You can also sign up for back-in-stock alerts on each product if it is currently unavailable.

As described in each product listing, many of our products such as hardtop canopies and roller shutters are highly weather resistant, but total waterproofing cannot be guaranteed. However, all our quality accessories are designed and built to give the optimum protection from water ingress at all times. The exception are our maximum IP rated lighting accessories from Predator and Lazer Lamps, which are both water and dust proof.

Yes. As all of our premium products are made by leading manufacturers, they all carry a warranty of at least 12-months and in some cases, up to 5 years; please see each individual product listing for more details. Any ex-demo or used products are excluded from any warranty cover.

Yes, where required, our products come with fitting instructions included. Furthermore, most are available on the website product pages themselves. If for any reason you have not received any instructions with your purchase, please contact us by mail or telephone and we will send you a digital copy via email.

Fitting Services FAQs

Yes! We offer a full supply and professional installation service for everything we sell, large or small. Our fully equipped specialist workshop (and customer care lounge) is at Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, and our skilled technicians are very experienced as we only work with 4x4 vehicles. Please contact us by phone or email to book in for accessory fitting or a tailored quote for your requirements.

Many of our 4x4 accessories can be fitted at home, using commonplace tools and some common sense – guidance can be found in the product description and instructions/diagrams are included with the delivery. Knowledgeable advice is always on hand from a member of our team if ever required. Professional fitting is highly recommended for some products however, such as our hardtops, extra wide wheels arches and tow bars.

Yes, we have our own paint shop and in-house team of highly-skilled preppers and painters. We predominantly paint hardtops and wheel arches from to OEM colours and we only paint the accessories we sell.

Visiting Us

Yes, we have a large showroom that is open to the public during business hours. You are welcome to pop in to see and buy our 4x4 accessories, lighting and upgrades in person. You can chat with our knowledgeable staff and you might even see one of our fully accessorised pickup builds.

4x4AT HQ is in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire. Our showroom is open to the public and can be visited 6 days a week during business hours. We are conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ drive from the A1M (Junction 51). For more detail and directions, please see our visit us page.
