Delivery

Most purchases of £175+VAT or more are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses (excluding hardtops, bed liners, glass products and other large items). Our free delivery service utilises 3-day economy postage, handled by the UK's best couriers and delivery companies. For a small upgrade, your order can be expedited and sent as ‘Priority Express Overnight’ for delivery the next working day before 1.00 pm (This excludes weekends and bank holidays). Please note that all our courier deliveries do require a signature on delivery. A delivery charge is applied to orders under the free delivery threshold amount, or, to products containing glass or spray-painted finishes, such as hardtops. Typically, glazed products, large palletised items and hardtops are charged at various prices, depending on their intended destination with offshore and remote areas incurring additional charges. This is to cover the extra packaging required to ensure those products arrive in good, unmarked condition, and to cover the additional in transit insurance costs we incur.

Packaging

At 4x4AT all our 4x4 accessories, hardtops and wheels are packed by our dedicated packing team to a very high standard. Our aim is to ensure your goods arrive in first-class condition.

Although we go to great lengths to protect your items, there may be a rare occasion when goods are damaged while in transit. Please always inspect your goods before signing for them. If there is any sign of damage, or if you are not given time to inspect the goods, please sign for as damaged. This is the only way that the goods will be insured against damage by the courier. Signing for as unchecked releases the carrier from their responsibilities.

International Delivery

We use a host of international couriers and send goods to Europe and far beyond on a daily basis. We even ship as far as Australia and New Zealand. International delivery costs are given at the checkout stage when ordering online. Add the required items to your basket, hit check-out, and once you've entered your details and country the cost to ship internationally will be calculated for you. On occasion, you will be prompted to contact us for a shipping rate; if this is the case, or you wish to discuss a potential purchase with international delivery with us, please give us a call, or send us an email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched and providing you've entered a valid email address, you will receive an email notification, this will include your order details and a tracking number. You can then check your order delivery progress online.
